University of the Greater Region

The University of the Greater Region is a joint association of universities including the Technical University of Kaiserslautern, the University of Trier, the University of Saarland, the University of Lorraine, the University of Liège and the University of Luxembourg. Students of the University of the Greater Region may make use of all partner university course offers as well as university resources as the library. Loans from the Kaiserslautern University Library require a “Chipkarte”. Students from partner universities are issued a “Chipkarte” following their enrollment at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern.
